The Results Are In!

It's a GIRL! She is learning from her big brother already- she kept her hands in front of her face and wiggled the entire time during the ultrasound. We didn't get any great shots of her face, the best one is below, although we did get to see her yawn! It was too cute. And, the best news is, as far as they can tell from today's ultrasound, she's right where she should be for 21 weeks and all the organs are where they should be and functioning. Healthy so far, and she weighs about 15 oz.

I don't think I have shared Cooper's picks for names. He said if it's a boy we should name the baby Cooper 2, and if it's a girl Jeryn (his friend), or Natalie (which is also what Natalie said). And, for his original pick for a girl's name, Sister Bear from the Berenstain Bear books. Somehow I don't think any of those choices will make it to the final list, but it's cute he wants to participate. He also likes to 'tickle' the baby, wants to know what she is saying, and gives her hugs. I think he is on the right path to becoming a good big brother!
