ENT today 2:30 pm.
Last night was a better night of sleep for Cooper- he slept until 6:30. I think he's already feeling better, his overall mood has improved. He's such a trooper it's hard to tell when he's sick so I have mommy guilt that he was suffering and I did not do enough in time and that I kept him out late both weekend nights. But telling us his ear hurt and seeing the drainage was a sure sign yesterday. I think it's the first time he's ever been able to specifically communicate why he doesn't feel well relating to an illness rather than just a bump or fall. It's nice that he can communicate like that, but wow, it really makes it seem like he's so grown up already.

We can never tell when Nate has an ear infection now bc he doesn't say anything. He just wakes up crying at night once and in the morning, puss will be draining out of his ear. I always feel bad afterwards but at the same time, I'm learning too.
