Halloween Party Pics

The ENT visit was about the shortest visit in the history of doctor visits today- one look in Cooper's ears to confirm that the tubes are still in place and not punctured or ruptured in any way, and also to confirm the infection in his left ear. Also, since he is already on the antibiotic from Sunday no drops needed either.  All in all Cooper is having a speedy recovery and seems to be back to his normal energetic self today. 

Back to the Halloween party on Friday- Cooper had lots of fun seeing his friends, playing games, and being in costume. It was a little overwhelming for him though with all the noise and being at daycare but for a fun event and not at the regular time.  He did not want to participate in the dancing, but had lots of fun with the games- pin the nose on the pumpkin, a broom game of some kind, and beanbag toss. There was also a tank of water filled with little ducks and nets so that you could catch the ducks in the net. He and all his classmates were most interested in that and we had lots of sharing issues between all of them to give each other turns with the limited number of nets. None of my pictures from the duck tank came out very good though. I guess I was too busy with the duck-net sharing at that point. Here are the pictures from the party on Friday...

Excited to go to the party and be in costume

An action shot of Cooper playing one of the games that evening. Not the best picture, but you can see his shoes in this one for the full costume effect. I was impressed that he kept his hat on the entire night.

Having a snack

Posing by the giant spider on the way home-- still smiling! I have a picture of Cooper on another computer by the same spider at the party last year while he's in his monkey costume that I need to dig out to compare with this one.
