Home Sweet Home

I'm back from another business trip. Thankfully this is the end of work related travel until at least August. Ahhh, a nice time back at home. It feels good.

No new pictures of Cooper were taken this weekend- too busy enjoying the time with him to drag out the camera. He's excited that Mama and Papa O will be here Friday, but insists it is in 'two weeks' that they will visit every time Ben or I try to tell him their visit is in X number of days. I guess to him two weeks seems shorter than 4 days.

Cooper has a follow up with the ENT tomorrow from his surgery in May. Overall I think tubes have been a good thing- he is generally in a better mood and a consistently better eater. He's still not venturing out in what he will eat, but at least he's eating and not refusing his meals altogether the majority of the time. Progress!

To all of you in Iowa- I hope you are all safe and dry. I cannot believe how much has been going on there over the past few weeks- deadly tornados, cities being evacuated due to flooding. Even though we're far away we're thinking of all of you, and if you want to come to New England you're welcome at our house!
