Cooper is having a great time with Grandma and Papa this week. So much fun that he doesn't want to talk to us on the phone at all! At the bottom of the post is a picture of him out on the boat with Papa yesterday. It's been good to hear about all the fun things he has been up to at their house from Grandma and Papa, but hopefully sometime this week Cooper will talk or Skype with us!
Around here we are enjoying some quiet.... I forgot how much noise and activity come along with a 4 year old. Now that Cooper has been gone since Saturday it is really quiet at home! And, it seems so easy to just have Abby around-- it makes me wonder if back when Cooper was an infant had I just been lazy before he was born, or was it just such a change in lifestyle that I felt busy all the time?

He looks like he is having quite a good time in that photo! When Autumn was little I took Nathan over to my parents house for eight hours a day and it really did help me have some bonding time with Autumn!
I often wondered the same thing when I would be here alone with Katie while Michael was at preschool. I think we just get better at taking care of our kids. I like to joke that I feel naked when I only have one kid with me!

What a great opportunity for Cooper and his grandparents to spend time together!
Oh, and I think it was a lifestyle change that got us with our 4 yr olds. Because its certainly not "easy" with 1 child!! haha
Wow, he looks so grown up! I'm glad he's having a great time. LOL about him giving you the cold shoulder. Kids are so funny.
