Abby's Two Month Checkup

I took Abby to her two month appointment today. She is 12 pounds, 9 ounces (90th percentile), 23 3/8 inches long (85th percentile), and her head is 40 cm (85th percentile). She is doing great, and I did not have too many questions for the pediatrician. Unfortunately he had no magic solution for her car crying, although I have figured out as long as she has her paci she is OK. Her doctor said between 2 and 4 months she will learn to hold on to the paci better than she does now. If it falls out her mouth while we are in the car it's nearly impossible to reach back to her to get it back in. Maybe if I were a contortionist it would be easier to do, but it sounds like this may be something that fades as she learns to hold onto her paci better. She got quite a few vaccinations today and did a great job with that (her first dose of Target brand Tylenol helped too) and they have wiped her out for the day. I don't want to jinx anything, but she has been sleeping well at night too- the majority of the week last week she was up just one time between 3 or 4 each night. I am positive that Cooper was up much more than that at this same age. She goes back at 4 months, and I hope that visit goes as well as this one!
