This morning was a tough morning. Abby was fussy all morning and I didn't get anything done except to try and figure out what she needed which is OK, but it's hard when you also have a 4 year old who wants and needs your attention too. Finally around 10 am she pooped, which had been part of the trouble but she continued to be fussy until around noon. After lunch Cooper, Abby and I headed to the pool to get out of the house for a bit. Our neighborhood has two pools, one regular pool and another pool that is a salt water pool. We decided to go to the salt water pool for two reasons- less crowds and better shade. Cooper had a blast and Abby finally napped. We had a good time! I was happy to have managed both kids at the pool together, I wasn't sure if that was going to work.

We got home and a package that Grandma and Papa O had sent to Cooper a while ago had arrived! Cooper was very excited to open it, and had to test out his new toy right away...

Darling. The whole sleeping in the shade thing was the only way I could go solo with mine at first, then Garrett just did his own thing and I supervised from the edge :-) That little girl is darling :-)
That is a beautiful picture of Abby! Congrats to you for managing both of them at the pool!
Natalie and Mark just got super soakers and love them. They're really fun at the pool too as long as you don't spray other people.
