Abby's Baptism & Visitors

Abby was baptized last Sunday! We were excited that Grandma and Papa O could visit for this important occasion. The service went really well and Abby was very well behaved during the whole service. She usually is in the nursery during church and Sunday school, so it was new for her to be in there for the whole service. As usual she was a fabulous baby and was happy the whole time. She didn't even flinch when the water was poured on her head.

The only hitch in the whole weekend was that when we planned her baptism we forgot that we also had tickets to the Titans game that same day. Luckily we ended up getting extra tickets so that we could all go to the game. We had to skip out on Sunday school to make it to the game, and made it to the game in the middle of the first quarter. The game was fun, and the Titans won! Abby even slept during part of the fourth quarter. Cooper had fun too, and has been saying for a few months that when he grows up he wants to be a football player for the Titans. I would rather that this is not his career path, but he has a while to figure that out! Also, Iowa State beat Texas!!! A very unexpected perk to the weekend for sure!
