Redo

So, after Cooper went to bed Sunday night Ben and I talked about what we should do about the peanut butter sandwich challenge. Since he neither gave up or finished we didn't feel right sending Spencer to a new home just yet. So, we gave Cooper one day for a redo. Yesterday for dinner I gave him an Uncrustable sandwich for dinner. He was upset about the jelly, but knew this was his only chance. He did it! He ate the whole thing, barely had a sip of milk and earned Spencer. We even had friends over last night and the boys had cheese pizza, which is something Cooper would have rather had than his sandwich. He was so excited to have earned Spencer and he even got to have Spencer sleep in his bed last night. He was a little concerned about what would happen if he rolled on Spencer during the night, so we kept him between his two pillows on his bed. Ben is out of town for a work conference all week so Cooper had to tell him all about it on the phone before bed last night. Cooper is very proud of himself and has asked to have another Uncrustable for lunch and dinner!
