One of the best things about living here is the abundance of fun activities to do, things to see, in the area. We're in store for what should be the best weather of the year so far (finally!) and I have a list of places to see, things to do that I need to work in throughout the spring/summer/early fall. Since I'm thinking of it, I'm making a list (mostly for myself) so I can remember this when I'm trying to plan what to do when we have free time!
Big Apple Circus- Cooper has yet to go to a big show like a circus or Disney on ice, etc. I'm hesitant because it could either be a giant FAIL or a really fun time. I'm leaning toward this activity for this weekend, and I hope Cooper enjoys it!
Boston Children's Museum- I dread the crowds here, but I know Cooper would love it.
Red Sox- Some way or another we will go this year. I hope Cooper enjoys this, again, having never attended a professional sporting event with him it will be an adventure! He's learning his players so that may be fun for him.
Boston Symphony Orchestra/Boston Pops- I heard an ad on the radio at the gym this morning for the Pops, and this could be fun too as they have both Youth and Family concert series.
Peabody Essex Musuem- This one may be more for me, not sure if Cooper would enjoy this type of musuem as much as the Harvard Musuem of Natural History and all the cool animals there.
Weekend trips- to NYC, to the Cape/Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard. Traveling with Cooper is a little easier these days, so I hope to get some weekend trips in this summer. The only one we have scheduled is to the coast of Maine relating to a work trip for Ben. The hotel and location they have picked looks awesome.
And, for our potential summer visitors we can work these in while you're here too!

A trip to CT is always nice!
I have never been there, so I will have to add it to the list! There's so many things I want to do while we live in this area.
The Mystic (Ct) Aquarium is AWESOME Steph! That is another place that I really want to bring Devin SOON!!!
There certainly are a lot of places to go/visit in NE!!! ENJOY! Can't wait to read about it on your blog! :)
Mystic is great, B had SUCH a good time when we went last week. He is STILL talking about going back. Plus this fall ThOMAS is coming to Essex!
Analese has not been to a big show either. She keeps saying she wants to see The Wiggles!
We have the Sox on our list too!!! The kids don't know it yet but we got tickets to the day game against the Orioles on the 1st of July. I am very excited for myself and for the kids. It will be a great day. I hope you get to go too.
We are going to buy a place on the coast of Virginia, near the Chesapeake Bay. You will have to add that to your list for next summer!
